1. Who we are
InternetProviders.online is operated by an independent authorized dealer (sub-dealer) for internet, TV, home phone and home security providers. We are not Xfinity, Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier, T-Mobile, Verizon, DIRECTV, DISH, ADT, Vivint, or any other provider referenced on this Site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. We help you compare options that may be available at your address and, where you choose, place an order with the provider on your behalf.
2. Use of this site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You agree not to:
- Submit false, inaccurate or misleading information through our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or related networks.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Use the Site to transmit any harmful code, spam, or unlawful content.
3. Availability, pricing & offers
Service availability, speeds, channel lineups, equipment, promotions and pricing referenced on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are set by the underlying providers, vary by address, change frequently, and are not guaranteed. Any speed, price or promotional figures shown (including in comparison guides) are illustrative and subject to confirmation at the time of order. The actual terms that apply to you will be those presented and agreed to at the point of sale with the chosen provider, including that provider's own terms of service, rate cards, taxes, fees, contract length and early termination terms.
4. Orders, installation & provider terms
When you ask us to place an order or schedule an upgrade, we act as an intermediary between you and the provider. The resulting service agreement is between you and the provider — not InternetProviders.online. Installation timelines, equipment, billing, technical support and service quality are the responsibility of the provider. We are not responsible for service outages, billing disputes, equipment issues, or changes the provider makes to your plan after your order is placed, though we're happy to help point you in the right direction.
5. Communications & consent
By submitting your contact information through this Site or by phone, you consent to be contacted by InternetProviders.online (and, where applicable, its partners and the providers you've expressed interest in) by phone, text message, email or pre-recorded/autodialed calls regarding the services you inquired about — including for marketing purposes — even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service, and message/data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to opt out.
6. Trademarks & third-party content
All provider names, logos, trademarks and service marks referenced on this Site (including but not limited to Xfinity, Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier, T-Mobile, Verizon, DIRECTV, DISH, ADT and Vivint) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those companies.
7. Intellectual property & site content
Except for third-party trademarks and content noted above, the text, graphics, layout and other content on this Site are owned by or licensed to InternetProviders.online and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
This Site and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan, price or promotion described will be available at your specific address.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternetProviders.online and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on any information provided, or any service ordered through us — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InternetProviders.online and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which InternetProviders.online operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site should first be brought to our attention so we can attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us as described below.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
